This new age action hero entered Bollywood by playing a role of villain, but his looks and body are no less than any hero. Here we will talk about Vidyut Jamwal’s workout routine and diet plan.

Vidyut is practicing martial arts since he was 3 years old. So he is into fitness from his childhood. And he always prefers to eat healthily. Vidyut workout at the gym for 5 days a week and practice martial arts on the left 2 days of the week. Let’s get the details of his workout routine and diet plan.

VIDYUT JAMWAL DIET PLAN

Vidyut Jamwal is a pure vegetarian and a supporter of PETA. He believes in eating healthy with calculation and in burning out the extra eaten calories than doing a diet. He takes 6 meals a day. His day starts from working out at the gym in the morning. Vidyut Jamwal diet plan is as follow:

1- Instant protein shake after the morning workout.
2- 4 slices of Brown bread with peanut butter and a glass of low-fat milk.
3- Chappatis with dal and veggies.
4- Paneer salad which is high in protein and fibers.
5- Protein shake and some fruits.
6- veggie soup and tofu paneer.
