From “Maine Pyaar Kiya” to “Dabangg”, Salman khan is still fit at the age of 51 years. We have seen him in more than 100 movies till now and still, his fan following is increasing day by day.

And the best thing his fans have got from him is motivation to look good and healthy which have definitely pushed his fan to workout and eat healthy food. Actor like John Abraham had admitted that in his college time he use to get motivation from Salman only.

Not only just fans, but Salman has been motivating a lot of celebrity kids too like Sonam Kapoor (daughter of Anil Kapoor), Arjun Kapoor (son of Boney Kapoor) who were very fat when they met Salman khan, and Mr khan motivated them to lose weight and get into shape, which has now changed their lives, and both of them are successful actors in the Bollywood industry now. Salman also has motivated some other people like Hrithik Roshan, Suraj Pancholi. so now let’s talk about the forever hunk Salman khan.

Salman khan is working on his upcoming two movies which are Tubelight and “Tiger Zinda hai”. He is working out on a special workout routine to achieve his shape back for the movie “tiger Zinda Hai”. So let’s have a look of Salman khan’s workout schedule.

Salman Khan works on one body part day which follows by the cardio session. And sometimes he takes his cycle out on the roads of Mumbai for outdoor cardio. Salman always tries never to skip his workout and diet too. Salman works out for 2 and a half hour daily.

You can see his discipline and dedication to his work from his dedication in workout. He keeps on inaugurating new gyms like NITRO PURE FITNESS in Mumbai. Salman concentrates on each and every part of his body like chest, shoulders, biceps, triceps and legs and definitely abs too.

A lot of people think that he takes steroids which are not the case. He Never stopped working out at its a big part of his daily routine. From 1100 push-ups a day to 1500 sit-ups a day, he does a lot of unbelievable things, said by his fitness trainer who had trained him for over 3 months.

5- Back Extension (3 sets, 15-20 reps)

WEDNESDAY– Biceps and Triceps
1- Barbell Curl (4 sets, 12 reps)
2- Overhead Barbell Extension (4 sets, 12 reps)
3- Concentration Curl (4 sets, 12-15 reps)
4- Overhead Triceps Pushdown
5- Hammer Curl (4 sets, 10-12 reps)
6- Triceps Pushdown (4 sets, 10-12 reps)
7- Whist Curl (4 sets, 15-20 reps)
8- Reverse Whist Curl (3 sets, 10 reps)

THURSDAY– Shoulders
1- Rear Lateral Raise (5 sets, 18-20 reps)

5- Dumbell Shrugs (4 sets, 20 reps)

FRIDAY– Legs

5- Side Lunges (4 sets, 10 reps)

SATURDAY– Abs
1- Knee Crunches
2- Sit-ups
3- Cycling Crunches
4- Leg raise

Pre-workout: 1 Apple, Protein Shake
Post workout: Protein Shake with Bcaa and Glutamine
Breakfast: 5 white eggs with 2 Brown bread toast
Lunch: Chicken with 4 chapattis and salad.
Evening: 2 brown bread with peanut butter and almonds
Dinner: Roasted chicken with veggies
