MADONNA WORKOUT ROUTINE AND DIET PLAN
Madonna Louise Ciccone, who has given a lot of popular songs and music, is 58 years old, but she looks half of her age. She still maintains to look as young as she looked in her younger days. It not easy to be Madonna. A lot of discipline and dedication is required to look like her. She is very strict about her workout routine and diet. Besides having a lot of things in her life, like 3 children, constantly doing tours and charity work too, she never leaves a day without exercise.
MADONNA WORKOUT ROUTINE
Madonna has her personal gym, swimming pool and tennis court in her mansion. Most of her workout consist of cardio, which is combined with all the elements from the upper body, core, and lower body. She likes metabolic interval training. It’s a method of exercise which helps with fat loss.
She works out 6 says a week and She also prefers swimming on her off days. She starts her day at 6 AM with gymming, and she avoids doing heavy weight training and hardly spends 1 hour in the gym. She only uses light weight Dumbells for different body part workout. She also does yoga at her home gym. Ashtanga Yoga is her all time favorite Yoga.
MADONNA DIET PLAN
Diet has 80 % of the role in her fitness. Madonna’s diet plan is extremely restrictive and strict. She avoids manufactured food, sugar, carbs and all other unhealthy stuff. Madonna eats 6 meals a day. Her three main courses are Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. And she takes 3 light snacks in between those courses. Cold Pressed watermelon juice is one of her favorite. She only eats organic fruits, vegetables, grains and protein bars. Steamed brown rice, whole wheat berries, multi-grain bread, oats, millet, buckwheat, soy, fish etc are there in her diet.
And she avoids smoke and drinks while on tour. She always carries detox water with her which might be the reason for her fabulous and flawless skin.
