When asked about his workout routine in an interview, he said ” His day starts at 5 A.M., even though he was supposed to be resting. I know I can’t rest, But my workout regimen is pretty much five times a week, every day it varies. Sometimes I stay at home and workout. Sometimes I will go to an actual class. I have been to like VersaClimber classes, or spinning classes or yo know, I do Pilates as well, so it kind of varies depending on how I’m feeling. But during the season, you know we’re playing basketball every single day and we’re working on our bodies every day, so I don’t get an opportunity to do the classes as much because we’re doing a lot of traveling, things of that nature. But, you know, my workout regimen is pretty consistent as well. It’s mostly seven days a week. You know, during the season, because we will play games on the weekend as well.”

His workout routine is mainly focused on speed and endurance which is necessary for the sports he is associated with. He starts his workout with stretching exercises like push-ups or pull-ups with his maximum reps with bodyweight. Most of the times he concentrates on doing maximum reps with low weights. He loves to keep stretching all day and his favorite workout is abs workout. He always prefers working out with dumbells over barbells. And he likes to swim on Sundays. His basic motive is to keep doing different workout or exercises every day.

Lebron’s diet basically has proteins and fibers. He avoids sugar and carbs. He didn’t eat carbs, sugar, and dairy for straight 67 days. He only lived on chicken, fish, vegetables and fruits and lost a lot of weight in that process. You can call it paleo diet. He is one of the best athletic players in NBA history. He was only eating the combinations of meat and vegetables in every meal which provides him protein and fiber only. And sometimes he prefers smoothies made of fruits.
