ADELE WORKOUT ROUTINE AND DIET PLAN
Adele Laurie Blue Adkins, the grammy award winner, who was fat when she started professional singing. But now she had transformed herself from fat to fit. Adele works out in a gym in London, the KX gym Kensington. She has made an incredible fitness transformation over a short period of time.
Adele used to smoke cigarettes, had bad habits of eating junk food, and consumed alcohol too. But now she has quit everything and she is living a healthy lifestyle now. Adele revealed in an interview that she wanted to get in shape for herself, not to be a size zero or anything like that.
Her trainer Pete Geracimo helped her in kicking up her workouts and diet since the release of her 3rd album, 25, and he also came with her on her worldwide tour over the last few years. Geracimo has also trained few royals, not only just celebrities.
Adele’s workout routine is a mix of weight training and cardio sessions. Her trainer basically concentrates on core exercises for a strong core. She also admitted that he runs a lot on the treadmill for weight loss. She admitted that working out is not an easy job. She moans a lot in the gym while working out a difficult task. And she don’t like to see herself working out, so she avoids mirror in the gym while working out.
ADELE DIET PLAN
Adele is on a vegetarian diet as she knows vegetarian food helps in staying healthy. She likes to drink a lot of water and always carry her sipper. There is few vegetarian food which she don’t like, for eg Tofu, she admitted. Her diet is very simple. She has cut down on sugar and carbohydrates. But she is not giving up carbohydrates complete. She is on a counted carbs diet. Her fiance Simon Konecki, is the one who inspired her to go vegetarian for her better health.
